Important Notice: When installing, make sure your chain tension is not tight! Any chain drive that you install should have loose chain tension! For OEM Motor ONLY! Most aftermarket motors have a +4mm offset change. We are in process of an update to work with aftermarket motors.
Big Performance for big power builds and long-term reliability. The heavy hitter Ultra Bee primary chain conversion is designed with perfection in mind.
Most primary chain conversions are flat-cut 420 sprockets, which will work but require additional maintenance and a shorter chain life. We have designed our chain conversion around a 520 chain because let's face it even on LightBee's broken chains were happening and with more weight and more power an upgrade is needed.
In addition to the chain size being upgraded, we have also designed an exclusive dished rear sprocket. The primary chain conversions with flat sprockets left very little room for the frame adjuster and rear lower motor mount frame tab. This will ultimately end up with damage and scarring to your frame if your tension goes slightly out of spec, so why not use the room provided and space it internally.
